½ tsp red chilli powder | |
¼ tsp turmeric powder | |
1 tsp coriander powder | |
1 tsp garam masala powder | |
3 cloves | |
2 cardamom | |
1 inch cinnamon stick | |
1 tsp cumin seeds | |
2 onions chopped | |
3 tomatoes chopped | |
1 tsp ginger garlic paste | |
2 green chillies | |
1/2 tsp jeera powder | |
1/4 tsp black pepper | |
4 tsp cashew powder ( optional ) | |
coriander leaves | |
1 tsp kasuri methi | |
1 tsp oil | |
salt to taste | |

Directions
1.
Hard boil the eggs in the inner pot by adding sufficient water using the ‘Egg’ function. Once done set aside.

Press the Sauté button and wait for 30 seconds for the inner cooking pot to heat up.

Add oil in the inner cooking pot and saute onions, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin seeds.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, pepper, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala and salt.

Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli.
Mark as complete

Add a little water and tomato and sauté for 8 minutes.
Mark as complete

Add cashew powder (Optional).
Mark as complete

Add the boiled eggs and stir well. Garnish with kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
Mark as complete
9.
Serve with Chapati/Rotis.
